Leben

Abrahams stammt aus einer Künstlerfamilie. Sein Vater Martin ist Maler. Sein Großonkel war der Schauspieler Mack Gray.

Abrahams hatte sein Filmdebüt 1995 in Kids. Es folgten Rollen in erfolgreichen Spielfilmen wie The Faculty und Scary Movie. Außerdem spielte er von 2002 bis 2003 die Rolle des Zach Fischer in der Fernsehserie Boston Public. 2005 war er in Couchgeflüster – Die erste therapeutische Liebeskomödie und House of Wax zu sehen.
